With over 30 years of nursing experience and an extensive background in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, Kim Watson's path into medical aesthetics has been shaped by decades of hands-on expertise.

Education has always been a fundamental part of her career — a commitment that guides her work every day. Kim has a passion for ongoing education, a lifelong pursuit of knowledge and excellence. Her dedication to remaining at the forefront of aesthetic innovation allows her to practice with both precision and artistry.

As a nationally recognized educator and peer-to-peer trainer for Galderma and Allergan, she has had the privilege of teaching medical professionals across the country — refining advanced techniques, shaping clinical excellence, and elevating the standard of patient care.

Those years of educating and mentoring others shaped the core of her philosophy:

aesthetic medicine should be safe, refined, personalized, and grounded in both science and experience.

 

Surviving pancreatic cancer changed the way Kim saw beauty, strength, and resilience. It transformed her understanding of what it means to feel truly well — and reminded her of the profound gift of feeling good in your own skin. Coming through that experience has led her to live with intention — boldly, gratefully, and with a renewed commitment to helping others feel confident, radiant, and authentically beautiful.

 

Meet The Team Behind the CARE

Kim Watson MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Kim Is a premier Cosmetic Nurse Specialist with over 30 years expierence in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. A nationally recognized trainer for Galderma and Allergan, she has edjucated thousands of injectors and is sought after by dermatologists, surgeons and clinical peers nationwide. As a founder of the first official DanceSport Medical Team, Kim provides on-site medical and aesthetic care for national ballroom competitions, serving TV personalities, Dancing with Stars talent, and world class athletes. Her grounded, holistic approach stems from a diverse bacground spanning emergency care, Olympic medicine, and cosmetic practice. When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m living the Colorado life to the fullest — an outdoor cowgirl exploring the backcountry with my mules, and dogs. The untouched beauty of Colorado continually inspires me, and that sense of natural, effortless elegance is woven into every aspect of the work I do.

Jenean Rawson Medical Esthetician

Paradmedical Esthetician and permanent makeup tecnician since 2007. Jenean has been part of the AB Designs family for 15 years. Jenean has 4 kids, sings in a band with  her best friend, and loves to spend time with her husband.

Annie has over 15 years expierence with medical grade skin care. She specializes in skin care with combative colorado weather. When she is not making her clients feel beautiful she can be found outside enjoying the beautiful Colorado scenery.

New to AB Designs, Kim brings 20+ years of friendly, client first, customer service expierence ranging from hair salons to restaurant managment. She is a mom of 3, enjoys working out, and of course, chasing all the joys life has to offer.
